Fix White
How do I fix a white line that just showed up across my screen?
its not my DVI cable, becuse the line is on all my other sources also. Should I call in a DOA and ask for a RMA?
Assuming it’s an LCD, then it sounds like something got bumped along the edge and messed up the contacts for the grid that controls the pixels. Sounds RMA-worthy, I had the same thing happen on an old laptop (mine was vertical).

Even before LG introduced the phone the Chocolate phone was the most discussed phone. In fact it was introduced as the one you must have. The phone is fabulous in its design department. It is a white mobile phone you would love to hold and show it around. The phone resembles a white chocolate bar. Its slim slider design gives it its sleek form. It is aimed at people who value style. The LG Chocolate White phone remains completely white until the touch-keypad is lightly touched. Once activated, the phone’s signature design feature, its glowing red icons, bring to life a ‘hidden’ full-color screen that completes the phone’s distinctive look and feel of simplicity with a fresh twist.
Environment friendly
Another unique feature of the phone is that the hand set is absolutely environment friendly. The makers have used non toxic material on the hand set. Aluminum coating has been used to give a phone a smooth finish. The Key buttons too were coated with aluminum and tin. They have also used lead-free solder cream to fix parts on the PWB (Printed Wired Board).
This white mobile phone is light, comfortable and has a solid feel in your hand. You can slide the phone with just a slight touch of your hand.
Display
The 2” display screen supports 256,000 colors and 176×220 pixels. It displays everything beautifully, from photos to graphics to its simple, user-friendly menus. You can change the backlighting time, the font color, and the brightness.
Keys
The hand set has uses the quirky touch-sensitive controls which are arranged in a square. It takes a little time getting used to the control keys. The controls disappear completely when the backlighting is off. The end buttons are given on the left side and many you would forget where it is. A covered headset jack and a dedicated control for launching the camera and the MP3 player sit on the right spine, while a sole volume rocker is on the left spine. The camera lens, flash, and self-portrait mirror are on the rear face of the slider, so you must have it open to take pictures.
Features
Other basic features of this white mobile phone include a vibrate mode, a voice recorder, text and multimedia messaging, an alarm clock, a calculator, a unit converter, a world clock, a calendar, and a memo pad. As for high-end features, there’s Bluetooth, e-mail, and USB data storage and transfer capability, and you can use the phone as a modem.
